	PTFE SLEEVES manufactured by TEFKOT CABLE COMPANY have excellent R. F.and high voltage properties, smooth internals, super thermal resistance & freedom from ageing, Fungus & Water absorption make these sleeves more preferred over other conventional material. These are designed for all general propose application for temperature/ Voltage insulation and are most ideal as capillaries for medical application .

	PTFE sleeves manufactured by TEFKOT CABLE COMPANY conform to JSS 54802, Mil - 1- 22129 standards. These are available in different colors and sizes. Bore sizes range from 0.5 mm to 30 mm and wall thickness range between 0.25 mm to 0.8 mm.

PTFE tape manufactured by TEFKOT CABLE COMPANY are used for high temperature (300deg) application .The tape has very high electrical characteristics and are fully resistant to ageing. The thickness of the tape range 0.075 mm to 0.4 mm. It is available in different sizes as per customers demand.

ADVANTAGES OF TAPE WRAPPED INSULATION OVER THE EXTRUDED INSULATION :

Tape wrapped wires have uniform insulation thickness around the central conductor as compared to the wires Insulated by extrusion process.
PTFE is a higher Grade insulating Polymer as compared to other Fluorocarbons being used
in Extrusion process.
